Rates and Charges: I understand and agree to pay the boarding rates that are in effect at the time my pet stays at Boarding Buddy. I acknowledge that Boarding Buddy charges per day, and not per night.
Pet Examination: Upon entering Boarding Buddy, my pet will undergo an examination, including but not limited to health assessment, flea and tick check, and inspection for any existing scratches or wounds.
Communication Consent: I consent to receiving various forms of communication, including calls, photos, videos, text messages via iMessage, SMS, or Whatsapp, and FaceTime. These communications may include reservation reminders and updates.
Risk Acknowledgment (Playgroup/Daycare): I recognize and accept the potential risks associated with my pet participating in playgroup or daycare activities. I understand that, despite safety measures, unforeseen incidents may occur.
Veterinary/Medical Expenses: While Boarding Buddy can cover some emergency pet expenses in good faith, I agree that Boarding Buddy is not responsible for my pet's veterinary care. I am responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses incurred due to injuries caused to or by my pet or for necessary treatments during their stay at Boarding Buddy.
Illness and Veterinary Care: In the event my pet appears to be ill, I authorize Boarding Buddy to engage a veterinarian at my expense for treatment and necessary care. I acknowledge that I will cover all veterinary charges incurred by my pet during their stay.
Liability Waiver: I hereby waive and release Boarding Buddy, its owners, and agents from any and all liability for injury, damage, or death, including those resulting from the actions of any pet, including my own. I expressly assume all risks associated with my pet's participation in Boarding Buddy activities, whether on the premises or in the surrounding area.
