We care about your pet's safety and comfort. We encourage you to bring your pet’s own food to maintain their regular diet and avoid any digestion issues.
We provide bowls! :)

No. Our goal is to provide convenience and flexibility to ensure the best experience for both you and your dog. You can use your daycare package days in full 1 year.
During feedings, we ensure that guests are separated and not allowed to eat together or share any food. Each pet receives their designated meal in a secure and comfortable area, preventing any potential conflicts or food-related issues. Rest assured, your pet's feeding time is treated with care and attention, ensuring a stress-free dining experience for all.
As many times as possible.
Some dogs go outside 5-6 times a day, while our smaller guests may go outside 3 times a day. We find that our guests need to use the bathroom a lot more than 2-3 times a day, especially when drinking lots of water and being active, so we want to give them the opportunity to relieve themselves as much as possible.
We highly encourage that you bring your own food, a change in food can upset your pet's stomach and leave them extremely uncomfortable. In the event that you do not bring food or something happens where we have no access to your pet's food, we will provide it.
Please note that while we take great care in your pet's dietary needs, we are not responsible for any upset stomachs or digestive issues that may occur during their stay.
We require our guests over the age of 1 year to be spayed or neutered for boarding.
We require our guests over the age of 2 years to be spayed or neutered for daycare.
Spay - Female Dogs/Cats
Neuter - Male Dogs/Cats

YES! Our backyard is separated into 3 sections, determined by size and group. Our fence is 5 feet and a few inches high meaning it's impossible for even most of our athletic guests to jump over. If your pet does like to hop fences, let us know so we can take them on walks instead.
We value consistency and fairness in pricing. As a loyal customer or referral, you can trust that you will continue to enjoy your legacy rates, even if there are changes in current pricing.
Our guests sleeps inside where they prefer.
Some pet's sleep on our beds, couches, carpets, the cool vinyl or wood floors. They have the option to sleep where they are comfortable. We also have large 48 inch crates available for pet's that need to be crated at night or prefer to crate.
While we do play both inside and outside, we do not allow our guests to spend the night or long periods, outside.
Yes! If your pet has food that needs to be refrigerated, feel free to bring it.
A meet and greet is a 15-minute opportunity for you, your pet(s), and us to get acquainted. Your pet can explore our environment, and it's a chance for you to ask any questions while we get to know your furry friend better.
Depending on the dates, and how many guests we have at the time, we will definitely show you the main areas your pet would be staying. You can also view interior and exterior pictures above.
Our hours for drop off and pick up are between 6AM and 8PM. If you need pick up or drop off before/after these times, give us a call and we can make accommodations with you.
Occasionally, we walk our guests; if we feel it would be better or make them more comfortable, we will walk. Boarding Buddy ensures that our Buddies get the daily exercise they need in our spacious play indoor and outdoor areas. Of course, we don’t allow our guests to leave our home without your permission for your safety and peace of mind.
It totally depends on your pet. We do our best to replicate the home environment, if your pet is a couch potato, we do our best to get them enough daily movement, but also allow them to be themselves like at home. We have guests that are super energetic and spend most of their day playing and jumping around, while others are a lot more timid.
Every holiday we do typically do activities. For Christmas, we'll do Christmas photos, and for holidays like Thanksgiving and Valentines Day, we'll do themed art. This is something we do in daycare as well, for no additional charge.
Our cats unlike dogs don't require the attention of going outside, constant belly rubs and chasing balls, our cats do as they wish throughout the day and are welcome to be social with us as they please.
Whether they are energetic or timid we accommodate what your pet needs.
Unlike other boarders, our daycare and boarding groups are together, meaning your pet does activities with our other boarding and daycare guests. You never have to pay for their playtime.
Unlike other boarders, we are a home, meaning there is less stress or unfamiliar elements like those at big and loud warehouse kennel. Our guests sleep on our beds, our carpets, and couches and sometimes with us, just like at your home. If your pet it crate trained, we have extra-large crates where your pet can sleep during the night. Our home is climate controlled, powered by our solar panels, with giant windows so they always feel comfortable and get natural light, something kennels do not provide. With water accessible 24/7 and a huge backyard with real trees and pet-safe bushes, expect your pet to enjoy the outdoors and be able to get some lovely rays, your pet gets to experience a safe and comfortable environment while also being able to let out their wild side.

We are happy to administer your pet’s medication, free of charge. Whether injections like insulin, or pills, we will always make sure your pet has what it needs to be comfortable. For the safety of your pet, we ask that the medication must be in its original bottle with a current prescription.
While we do our best to ensure your pet's safety during their stay, like children on a playground, pets can sometimes get minor scratches or fur loss while playing. Though such incidents are rare, it's important to know we take your pet's well-being seriously.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we'll promptly seek veterinary care for your pet. As per our registration, any medical expenses incurred due to injury or illness during their stay are your responsibility.
Your pet's safety is paramount to us, and we're committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. Learn more.
We separate our dogs by size and energy levels, never will we put an energetic Great Dane puppy with a calm older Pomeranian. Our cats are not separated unless we sense aggression from a specific cat.
With dogs, sometimes in our larger groups, we will mix sizes if their energy level mattch, but never will we put our guests at risk of injury. We do slow introductions and look for key behaviors in every guest to see if your pet will do well with others. At even the smallest sign of aggression, that guest will be separated or asked to be picked up.
We have two separate cat rooms where we place and separate cats. Most cats do well will with each other in large spaces and are always temperament tested before being introduced to other cats. In the event a cat does not get along with other cats or prefers alone time, we will separate them. Occasionally, we have feline friends who love the company of dogs, and with your permission, we will let them relax with our timid and older dogs, indoors, under supervision. Otherwise, our cats never see dogs.
There is no penalty for canceling, give us a call or text so we know you'd like to cancel your reservation. This way we can open your spot for someone else.
